ZAPARAY collects the following data:

You directly provide ZAPARAY with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you: 

• Register online or place an order for any of our products or services, directly on zaparay.com or on our customer portal portal.zaparay.com;

• Register for our newsletter;

• Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our online services or via email;

ZAPARAY may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources: 

• Data transferred by social media channels when clicking on advertisements; 

• Data transferred by social media channels when filling in contact request forms;

ZAPARAY will share your data with Reselling Partners that are part of the sales network of ZAPARAY when this is necessary to process your request or order. 

When ZAPARAY processes your order, ZAPARAY may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

ZAPARAY will not share or sell your data with any other party or service. 

How do we store your data? 

ZAPARAY securely stores your data at:

• Our CRM/ERP system which is hosted in datacenters in the European Union; 

• Our cloud file management system which is hosted in datacenters in the European Union; 

All systems are protected by two-factor authorization security. 

 

ZAPARAY uses three different storage duration periods: 

• Personal information which is stored while the person is not an active customer: 1 year; 

• Personal information which is stored while the person is an active customer: stored until the person becomes an inactive customer;

• Business information is stored for undetermined time.

Once the storage duration period has expired, ZAPARAY will delete your data by deleting all records that are present in our storage systems. 

Marketing

ZAPARAY and our Reselling Partners would like to send you information about our products and services.
A list of Reselling Partners is available on zaparay.com. 

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt-out at a later date. 

You have the right at any time to stop ZAPARAY from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving data to our Reselling Partners.
