Statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements shall be documented and serve as input to the planning process. Specific requirements with regard to new or changed systems or services shall be captured as part of the design stage of each project.

This Policy is integrated in the quality manual and communicated to all our employees and other partners. It is used as the basis for setting and reviewing Quality Objectives in accordance with ISO 13485:2016 Quality Management System.

The Quality Policy is subject to an annual review by top management during the Quality Management Review (QMR). This review ensures the policy remains suitable, adequate, and effective in supporting the organization’s quality objectives, strategic goals, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. The review process evaluates the continued relevance of the policy, its alignment with the organization’s mission, and its effectiveness in promoting quality and continuous improvement. Any updates or changes to the Quality Policy will be documented in the QMR records.
